One weekend we decided to take a ride (from Boca Raton) up to Sebastian and just look around a little. After driving aimlessly we decided to stop at a realtor and do some casual inquiring. That is when we met Rich. We had some general ideas about what we were looking for but Rich was very skillful in helping us to better define our requirements. The conclusion was that we made an offer which was accepted and we now have a weekend getaway home that will be our ultimate place of retirement.
